Alarm Monitoring and Keyholder Response

Package 1 – 24/7 alarm monitoring. When your alarm is activated, a two way communication will be created between the control room and your property. The control room will explain who they are and ask for your own “pass word” – if a “pass word” is not given, the control room with phone your chosen contacts, or the emergency services if required.

Package 2 – 24/7 alarm monitoring and key holder/security response. When the alarm activates, the alarm receiving centre then has the discretion to mobilise the closest security presence to head to your property and deal with any scenario accordingly. The emergency services may be required to attend, as per ACPO policy a key holder must also attend and be present. This is not always practical or ideal situations for staff to maintain 365 days per year 24/7.  Using GMB Security as your designated key holder, in the event of an alarm activation, we will carry out a full patrol of your building, checking for any damage and point of entry making sure it is completely safe and secure. All information will be recorded for our in house records and passed over to the relevant emergency services.
